Funding and resilience
Our plan lists limited political will, insufficient funding and capacity gaps in some administrations as risks. Its response includes diversifying funding sources across AU, bilateral donors and the private sector. It also includes prioritising capacity building and positioning AMSSA as a hub that reduces duplication rather than replacing regional bodies.
